WELTER, Dean A. passed away from leukemia November 30, 2014 in San Rafael, CA. Beloved husband of Sheryl Ann Welter. Adored father of Christopher Welter and Kevin Welter. Loving son of Judy Young (Jerry) and Dale Welter (Janet). Dear brother of Dane Welter, Darren Welter and Elizabeth Baldassari. Step-brother of Kristen and Jackie. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A native of California, Age 53 years. Dean was reared and educated in Petaluma, graduating from Casa Grande High School, class of 1979. He was a dispatch supervisor for the Novato Police Department for 33 years.
